PROTOTYPE BUILD/TEST

If your requirement is to only build one or more prototypes with minimum documentation, we can do it. If the board design is already complete and material is available, we can build a prototype in five days or less. If and when the product moves to production, we can then complete the documentation. When making the transition to production, we will document your product to include the following:

Schematic PCB ,Manufacturing Drawing, Mechanical Drawings, Bill of Material for MRP System,Assembly Instructions, Test & Inspection Procedures, and Packout Instructions

We use Advanced Circuits for our prototype printed circuit boards.  They use industry standard materials and processes, maintain ISO 9002 certification, and have a 3-day standard turnaround!  You can rest assured that your printed circuit fabrication is of the highest quality available.

  SOFTWARE AND HARDWARE DESIGN

We can provide software design or program with your firmware. Additionally, we can provide both analog and digital designs.

  TEST FIXTURING

For products justifying the expense, we can provide board level probe testing. Final testing will be done either using a test fixture (when required and justified) or using standard test equipment.
