SOLDERING PROCESS

Both the reflow and wavesolder processes use no clean fluxes. We believe this offers the best of the requirements for a successful soldering process with minimum environmental impact. 

       We use the Novastar 14FD Dual Wave Solder.

 

TURNKEY OR CONSIGNMENT MANUFACTURING

We offer the capability to perform turnkey design and manufacture or consignment manufacturing. Turnkey - Provide us with your Bill of Material and any special instructions and we'll purchase the material and assemble your product.
Consignment Inventory - If you wish, we can use your material in the manufacturing process. We will quarantine your inventory and provide reports to you on inventory status upon request.
