W. D. Burch, Inc. will provide quality products and services to all our customers.  As a member of the IPC and practitioner of IPC standards, we strive to perfect our design and manufacturing processes, stay current with emerging technologies, and devote the necessary resources to maintain excellence in management.  This policy will be fulfilled through:

These goals will be achieved and maintained through compliance with the established quality management system as well as state and federal safety and environmental regulations. The management of W. D. Burch, Inc. believes that these high quality goals require the proper treatment of all employees including both a safe work environment and training consistent with the Quality Policy's goals. Training will include both safety procedures and quality system requirements.
